Detox & Declutter in 5 Days
Do you believe SPRING is just around the corner!? I think it’s the perfect time for a Detox & Declutter Challenge!
I don't know about you, but I was thinking it's time to get a jumpstart on my spring cleaning. I got a bit of excess "STUFF" going on over here! Ya know, the paperwork always floating around, the extra tupperware with missing lids falling out of the cabinets or the ten too many things on my kitchen counter!
It's really about time to go through, get rid of, clean up some things and organize. Then I thought hey, why not also do a super "spring clean" of sorts on our eating plan too...so I've created a 5 Day Detox & Declutter Challenge and would love for you to JOIN ME!!
We will follow a super simple plant-based, gluten-free detox meal plan, where we can eat as many fruits and veggies as we like -- NO starving!! Then we'll also have a declutter guide with awesome tips and tricks as we tackle our kitchen clutter together!
