Building a Team from the Bottom UP

Building a Team is like building a FAMILY! And what most people don’t realize is the heartfelt relationships that are built UNDERNEATH. So I’ve built a STRONG business through the concept of helping others achieve what they WANT first!  Find out what people want and help them achieve it no matter what….when you lead with that it fills your heart to GO BIGGER! To do this not only for you and your family but for someone else’s. Most of the time your team will want what you have achieved OR what you are on the path TO achieve because you are your BRAND. You attract You!  Knowing that going in it helps ease the fear to just be yourself with your coaches. To share your BIG SCARY DREAMS and GOALS with them bc most likely they want the same things…they just haven’t spoke them aloud yet! But by doing so you are giving them PERMISSION to dream big, to set those big goals and more importantly to have FAITH its possible.  Leadership is being a visionary – speaking into the universe and into the hearts of your team – where you are going and WHY!!!!  Inspire people to create a bigger vision for themselves. The past is in the past. We all start from the same place…who is going to keep going to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN?? Those who follow the Leader!!!

The other part that most people don’t realize is to build a STRONG LEADER on your team, you have to help them build their organization from the bottom up. Meaning – one person is only so strong if they are build on a house of sticks…but a new leader built on a house of bricks is to going to build more leaders underneath them = GOAL.  How do I do that? I look at who are the new coaches on their team? Who is new and has a big heart and a big dream? Who is teachable and wants to make something with this? We look for 2-3 people on their team and simply work together in a small group and help all of them build their businesses at the SAME TIME. Sounds simple but most people just work with one coach – if you work with their entire team, find the hungry leaders under them, sort, define and collaborate – you will always find a GEM under them. And why work with one when you can multiply your efforts and success in 2-3.  It takes 3-5 to build a strong organization, so the leader never feels like they are building this on their own…reach in – find those people – work with them leading with your heart and watch a new organization UNDERNEATH YOURS unfold!!!!  Besides the fact you have created LOYALTY from not only your coach but a handful who NOW have a VISION and an ACTION PLAN to achieve it. The power of working with your people face to face, listening to their story and being the ONE to say I can help you do that —– is what being a Leader is all about!!
